Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions describe the agreement between Edge Innovation Ltd (“Edge”) and the organisation or individual making the booking request (“you”). The Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute shall be under the jurisdiction of the English courts.
These Terms and Conditions describe the entire agreement between Edge and you and no other communications shall take precedence over these Terms and Conditions.

Delivery of services
Edge will use its best efforts to deliver the services described on the dates published on the Edge website. Details of the services to be provided and dates may be updated from time to time. In case of any changes occurring prior to commencement of delivery of the services, revised details will be forwarded to the named booking contact for review. Any concerns about how the changes affect suitability of the services for your needs shall be notified via email to Edge within seven days of notification by Edge, otherwise you will be deemed to have accepted the changes.
Once delivery of the services has commenced, Edge will limit any changes wherever possible. Should changes in the services to be delivered or dates be required due to circumstances beyond Edge’s control, Edge shall make all reasonable efforts to ensure services of at least equal value are provided. Edge shall not be liable for any costs incurred as a result of changes beyond its reasonable control.

Booking
Submission of a booking request by you and acceptance by Edge shall form an agreement between Edge and you. Booking requests are not confirmed until confirmed by email by Edge. Once a booking is confirmed, it will not be possible to cancel or modify the booking except in line with these Terms and Conditions.
A booking is for a named individual or individuals as per the details provided on the booking request.

Cancellation policy
Prior to confirmation of your booking by Edge, you may cancel your booking at any time by contacting Edge via email.
Once your booking is confirmed, Edge will include the named individual or individuals in its delivery plans. If you wish to cancel your confirmed booking, this will be subject to cancellation fees reflecting the impact on Edge’s delivery plans, specifically:
• Cancellation more than 60 days prior to commencement of delivery of the services – full refund;
• Cancellation between 30 days and 60 days prior to commencement of delivery of the services – 50% refund;
• Cancellation with 30 days or less notice prior to commencement of delivery of the services – no refund.
Any amounts not yet paid to Edge by you will remain payable, net of any refund provided under these Terms and Conditions.
Edge may cancel delivery of the services at any time. In case of cancellation by Edge, you will be eligible to claim a full refund of amounts paid.
These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights under English law.

Payment terms
Edge will raise an invoice following confirmation of your booking. All invoices will require payment within 7 days of receipt.
Invoices will include charges for VAT as applicable under the relevant law.
Payments are accepted by bank transfer, credit or debit card.
Non-payment of invoices may mean the named individual or individuals are excluded from delivery of the services. In case of exclusion, the full amount invoice will remain due.

Any communications to Edge should be emailed to hello@ed-ge.uk and will be treated as being received at 12 noon on the next working day.

Data protection
Edge shall ensure that your data is managed in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
